KTV, 2014, multimedia installation
Interrupting private modes of narcissistic thoughts we project our inner desires to be famous. Sophie Morrow and Jesse Gall as their celebrity alter egos, Carmyn and Jeiku, present KTV, a shrine to themselves as contemporary artists. KTV uses contemporary ‘art jargon’ to discuss the narcissistic and desperate nature of the artist ego.
